Private class alone or in small group,

on line or in person.

If you would like a private session, a class just for you, or a small, intimate group of friends or family, tailored to your needs and schedule, online or in person, you can contact me via the contact page or email me directly at yogaspanda22@gmail.com.

Suggested prices: €50/hour for one person, €60/hour for two people, €70/hour for three people, and €80/hour for four people. It's possible to book shorter half-hour sessions for those with less time. In this case, the suggested price starts at €30/half-hour for one person.

Note: These prices are not fixed; everyone has different means. A yoga-meditation session is an exchange of time, energy, and presence that goes beyond financial quantification. The tradition of yoga suggests donations, but given that we live in a society where financial exchange is omnipresent and essential to continue functioning, these are suggested prices.

If you would like a session at your home, a travel supplement will be estimated based on your location, time, distance, and transportation costs.

Various session options:

Each session is a conscious exploration through various practices leading to a state of greater unity, relaxation and attention, an awakening to presence, to inner clarity,... Everyone connects to it at their own level of practice and evolution. The different tools correspond to different approaches, some more technical, others more direct. It's up to you to see what suits you and appeals to you. A discussion can help guide your choices.

- Chakra yoga session: work on the different energy centers through postures and various techniques from yoga, followed by relaxation and meditation at the end of the session. Duration: 90 minutes.

- Makko Ho session: Makko Ho is a series of six gentle and energetic exercises developed by shiatsu practitioner Shizuto Masunaga, designed to stimulate the flow of energy (Qi or Ki) along the twelve main meridians of traditional Chinese medicine. Each exercise aims to stretch and activate a pair of meridians, thus promoting the body's energetic harmonization. Relaxation and meditation at the end of the session. Duration: 1 hour.

Pranayama Session: Pranayama is a specific technique class of hatha yoga related to the control of subtle energies. Most pranayama techniques include the control of the different phases of breathing. There is a wide range of pranayama techniques that will have different effects on the physical and subtle bodies and energy centers. A pranayama session will generally be preceded by preparation exercises and integration either in the form of relaxation or meditation. Duration 45-90 min.

- Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra session, in a lying or seated posture, with the option of preparatory exercises and a seated meditation at the end. Duration: 45-90 minutes.

- Introduction to and practice of various types of meditation from Kashmir Shivaism, Advait Vedanta, or Buddhism: The session can be divided into several parts and combined with short warm-up and preparation exercises. Duration: 30-60 minutes.

- Introduction and initiation in the practice of Mantra Japa: Japa meditation is an ancient practice originating in India, based on the repetition of a divine name, a mantra, or a sacred formula to achieve concentration and inner peace. Traditionally, the practice is linked to an initiation; there are different levels of initiation and a wide variety of mantras. The mantras we will explore come from the Indian tantric tradition. 30-90 min.

- Initiation and practice of Nada and Laya Yoga with mantras: Nada and Laya Yoga generally use short mantras, consisting of one syllable (Bija mantras or seed mantras). They also use simple sounds such as vowels or syllables of the Sanskrit alphabet. This can be practiced aloud and/or internally. At a more advanced level, the practice becomes internalized and will be linked to concentration on inner sounds (the Nadas) and will lead to inner dissolution in these sounds. Duration: 30-90 min.

- Exchange in presence: the need for an exchange of self-listening and presence. The session will consist of short stretching exercises, various awareness exercises, silent guided meditations, and discussions to help you refocus and connect with your inner presence, and then integrate more presence into your daily life. Duration: 30-90 minutes.

- Walking meditation: There are many variations of walking meditation, ranging from walking at a normal pace in full awareness to a more specific, slower practice with different meditation supports. This can be done outdoors or indoors. Duration: 30-90 minutes.

- Spontaneous movements: At the origin of yoga postures, sacred Indian dances, Tai Chi movements, Qigong, and martial arts in general, we often find the exploration of spontaneous movements. These spontaneous movements, linked to an attitude of letting go, a return to spontaneity, and a deep meditative presence, are often at the root of these different arts. The postures and movements were then codified into precise forms and traditionally repeated over the centuries. In the Indian tantric tradition, the exploration of these spontaneous movements is presented under the practice of Tandava, originally the dance of manifestation and dissolution of Shiva's universe. This type of practice is found in other traditions and under other names. It is a meditation in movement, initially performed in a standing position with the possibility of musical accompaniment, and generally concludes in a seated or lying-down relaxation position. Duration: 45 to 90 minutes.

Beyond the simple sessions: these diverse sessions are there to allow you to try different types of spiritual practices according to each person's interests. To go deeper, there is the possibility of following an individual or small group spiritual follow-up program. Each program will develop and adapt to the person or group to whom it is addressed, it will combine one or more of the previously mentioned tools and will be organized into several, with practices to be done individually outside of the regular sessions together.
