Anchoring in presence

Through traditional yoga tools and personalized guidance, Anchoring in Presence invites you to cultivate inner grounding and clarity of mind based on self-observation and self-knowledge.

The Pillars of the Program

  • Āsana - Movements: Mindful postures and movements to release tension, awaken vital energy, and promote physical and emotional stability.
  • Prāṇāyāma - Breath Awareness: Breathing techniques to balance the nervous system, calm the mind, and intensify presence.
  • Meditation and Yoga Nidra: Guided practices to develop attention, clarity, and inner serenity.
  • Mantra Yoga: Initiation and practice of japa mantra based on individual level and needs.
  • Jñāna Yoga: Exploration of knowledge through self-observation, reflection, meditation, and integration into daily life.

NB: The different pillars are adapted according to each person's physical, emotional, and spiritual condition; not all pillars are necessarily present in a personalized program. It is also possible to develop a more specific exploration around a main pillar: meditation, Mantra Yoga, Jñāna Yoga, or Yoga Nidra.
